Karen Kell Collection
Check out Karen Kell's shop on etsy!
I am obsessed with the leather cuff bracelets on free people and just discovered that they were made by Karen Kell. In her shop she has several other bracelet designs, as well as, shoes, bags, and jewelry.

lace love
i have been completely obsessed with lace lately!
oh so romantic! ;-)
"I consider lace to be one of the prettiest imitations ever made of the fantasy nature; lace always evokes for me those incomparable designs which the branches and leaves of trees embroider across the sky, and I do not think that any invention of the human spirit could have a more graceful or precise origin."

The Wawona Tree
The Wawona Tree, also known as the Tunnel Tree, is a giant sequoia that stood 227 ft tall and 90 ft wide in Yosemite National Park.
The tree was cut though in 1881 by two men who were paid $75 for the job. The tree quickly became a popular tourist attraction. Throughout history thousands of pictures were taken of it by tourists.
The tree fell in 1960 under an estimated two-ton load of snow on its crown =(
The giant sequoia is estimated to have been 2,300 years old! It's not known as the Fallen Tunnel Tree.
i want to go to Yosemite National Park and check it out one day!
